Leading creative direction and team coordination to ensure consistency, clarity, and high visual standards across all brand assets.
I align cross-functional teams, manage briefs for photo shoots, and streamline design workflows in Figma. My mission is to bridge ideas and execution with visual quality control at every step.
The process begins with preparing a detailed brief for the photographer, aligning visual goals with product features and platform requirements. I develop moodboards, select reference shots, and outline key angles and lighting setups — ensuring that each frame supports the intended positioning. Particular attention is paid to color schemes, surface textures, and the context in which the product will be used. This preparation helps ensure consistent results across entire product lines and reduces the need for extensive retouching later.
Once the photos are ready, I collaborate with the design team via Figma to define layout direction, text blocks, and visual hierarchy. We use shared boards and real-time comments to iterate quickly. I focus on creating a consistent visual system that balances commercial clarity with brand tone — setting clear rules for spacing, typography, and modular design.
To ensure efficiency, I maintain a structured workflow across tools and assets. In Figma, all layouts are sorted by brand and product line. Files are grouped into consistent folders, making it easy for the team to find what they need. Visuals are polished in Photoshop and Illustrator. I coordinate content, design, and photo teams to stay aligned on deadlines, asset naming, and technical specs — minimizing back-and-forth and saving time on every iteration.
